Each individual is unique in the way they think, feel, and behave. When an individual is struggling with any of these it may impact themselves and those around them, even to the point that trying to function on a daily basis is overwhelming. Seeking therapy to address these challenges can increase an individual’s motivation and over all well-being. The therapeutic approach I use most often is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, although I believe that therapy is not driven by a "one size fits all" approach, rather that therapy is driven by the individual’s needs. I have a gentle but direct and affirming style. I am enthusiastic and take pride in the work I do with my clients. I feel it is important to provide a safe and comfortable environment for clients to share their concerns and strengths, to be able to identify and work together towards their goals and objectives.
